About us

We are a Latin American organization made up of professionals with extensive experience in food production, distribution, and marketing. Our team includes professionals in health, agronomy, sociology, microbiology, food science, and economics, among other disciplines. We are also entrepreneurs, who serve as a catalyst for many others just starting out. Our main objective is to deepen the critical thinking skills of producers and future producers, focusing on simple, natural, and sustainable methodologies. We offer personalized consulting services to companies, communities, and individuals. We also offer training courses in different areas of production. We invite companies, entrepreneurs, and interested parties in general to contact us for a discussion. This School is focused on supporting, stimulating, and promoting the production of natural foods in the Spanish-speaking world.

Andrea Luisa Del Federico

I'm Andrea Luisa Del Federico, from Argentina. I hold an Agricultural Engineering degree, specializing in Plant and Soil Sciences from UMASS. My role in this team is to be responsible for teaching courses and classes.


About my experience:

I worked at the Department of Agricultural Industries, FA UBA, for 14 years as a course instructor, researcher, and provider of services to third parties (food companies). I was an advisor in the entrepreneurship department of the Buenos Aires City Government. I have provided and continue to provide consulting services to food and beverage companies.


I have also been a consultant in various rural communities, coordinating the municipal program "Huertas de Alta Gracia."

I was a guest technician for a special FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization, UN) Food Security program.

Natalia Fleitas

My name is Natalia Fleitas, Food Scientist.

I currently work as a technical advisor, and my role within this team is to assist producers and entrepreneurs in carrying out the necessary procedures, such as licensing both products and processing facilities.

 

I am a technician recognized by ANMAT for this, also for official training in "Food Handling."

Gabriela Pin Lavado

I'm Gabriela Pin Lavado, from Peru. I'm a natural foods entrepreneur. This venture was born with the idea of saving time in the kitchen.


It all started, in my case, with the pandemic that transformed our lives, and we began to opt for new ways of communicating with others.

    I found online courses and enrolled in "Producing Your Food," and I liked it because it's personalized, as the goal is to learn from the basics. They advise us, encouraging us to think and exchange ideas and experiences with each other. Now we are a group of people who, as part of the team, continue to advise each other and help anyone who needs it. We are from different Latin American countries, and we enrich the knowledge that allows us to learn how to make canned products, whether fruit, vegetables, or meat, with the security of knowing that they are healthy, nutritious, and safe for the health of all consumers. After making several products, soon they were not only congratulating me, but they were requesting more. Then it was my friends, and then friends of friends.
